Cook Penne Pasta according to the directions, until al a dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken tenders with seasonings on both sides
Fill a large cast-iron skillet with the olive oil and cook both sides of the seasoned tenders over medium-high heat.
Now make the sauce by sautéing the butter, onions, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach over medium heat. Once the spinach has wilted, add in the chicken broth,the cream and let it come to a simmer.
Now add chicken and penne pasta back to the sauce mixture. Add in Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese, simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, give it a quick serve.
